1) The distinction between locals and tourists in DC is about as muddy as it gets anywhere in the US.  Having lived here for several years doesn&#039;t necessarily make you a local.  After all, the city was supposedly designed to confuse invading armies.

2) The numbers are always randomly assigned as I take the pictures.  By the time I reach 100, it&#039;ll be time to move.</description>
